Matt Holitza - SCM Solutions Marketing Manager
Matt has over 10 years of experience as a software development professional. In his current role he focuses on helping customers succeed in effectively managing change and accelerating delivery of their software projects. Matt has worked with IBM Rational since 1998 as a customer and joined IBM Rational in 2007 as a solutions marketing manager. Before joining IBM Rational, Matt served in many IT roles from developing mainframe applications to administering enterprise deployments of ClearQuest. Most recently Matt was the QA Manager for a Fortune 500 company.

Marty Levesque is a Change and Configuration Management Market Manager with IBM Rational Software. He has over 8 years experience with the Change & Configuration Management discipline and over 10 years experience in the software development industry.
