Dwayne is the Product Manager responsible for working with the IBM Rational team to help drive and develop our product roadmap. Dwayne was part of the original Rational team that was acquired by IBM. He has over seven years of experience working with the Rational suite of products and has thirteen
years of experience in both consulting and software development. His expertise and focus lies in Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation and Testing.
Theresa Kratschmer, Marketing Engineer, IBM Rational Integrated Requirements Management.
Theresa is a Senior Software Engineer serving as the Marketing Engineer for Rational Requirements Definition and Management. Theresa has been in
technology industry for 22 years, with over 12 years at IBM. She has had roles in development, consulting, product development and research,
including managing the Change & Release Management, Requirements Definition Management, and the Build Forge Design Partner Programs as well as spending 10 years at IBM's T.J. Watson Research Labs working on defect analysis, requirements, and Orthogonal Defect Classification deployment.
