Summary: Teams face many challenges during a Sprint. There are some issues common to both collocated and distributed teams such as requests that seemingly come out of the blue or getting answers to their questions from their Product Owner. And there are challenges that can be more specific to teams being distributed, such as communication and time zone challenges. In this session, our speaker, Steffan Surdek, will talk about the different challenges teams face during a Sprint and presents different techniques teams can use to help make their Sprint run more smoothly.
Our guest speaker Steffan Surdek, IBM User Experience Lead and Agile Champion, has managed large projects with teams distributed across India, Egypt, Israel, China and Canada. He coaches distributed Agile teams, and co-leads IBM’s Scrum community.
