Summary:
This presentation will cover the implementation and operation of AGILE methods and then show how Rational Team Concert supports the implementation of various software development models including SCRUM and other Agile approaches.

Chris and Eyal will briefly describe what agile is, the roles of the various team members who are part of an agile team and why more and more companies are choosing a leaner process to develop applications and run their business. They will also focus on some of the challenges organizations face when trying to adopt new concepts and processes as well as tools to support these. ATSC will highlight their unique approach in introducing new tools and processes into organizations while reducing the impact on productivity.
