Rather than select a third-party tool for its help desk solution, Stratapult elected to roll out a customized version of IBM(R) Rational(R) ClearQuest(R). This presentation outlines how Stratapult implemented IBM Rational ClearQuest and how it is integrating the help desk solution with other products and business processes.
Mr. Matt Aloi, Configuration Manager, has over 21 years of information technology experience and specializes in application analysis, design, quality assurance and configuration management. Matt was responsible for rolling out ClearCase and ClearQuest to over 100 developers. He has designed and modeled solutions with Rose, ReqPro, Test Manager, SoDA, ClearQuest and ClearCase.
